THE LIGHT AT THE BEGINNING OF THE TUNNEL

Cave,  Shasta-Trinity National Forest, near Medicine Lake

I immediately thought of this one, it was taken, wow, it is five years now???!!!  I have no concept of time anymore.  This was taken with a Sony Mavica.

I   filled in on the right of the cave mouth with a cloning tool, to get the feeling of a small entrance.  And used the one differently color rock  near the center bottom of the entrance to make two other "figures", hopefully for a bit of a spooky feeling.

  1. pengy I love spelunking used to do extreme caving in my younger days and helped map several in Va ..there was one we called the "Hairy Hole" It was a vertical drop of 110 feet almost all of it free hang..was killer there was a small hole in the ground maybe 8x4 ..you went down like the inside of a 2 litre bottle for about 20 feet there was walls around you after that everything just feel back away and you had nothing but air...was wonderful that what this reminded me of in a way..many good memories with my old pals
