NANCY PELOSI OR THE CIA?? YOU DECIDE

Wow, the newspapers may be changing the tone of their coverage.  Is there a change in the wind to come?  Sometimes it is just better than a comedy show, to watch the way Politicians of both types try to tell us what they meant to say, or better yet, to try and convince us what we heard is not what they said.  Right along with that other government rule, Do as We Say, Not as We Do.  That has to be carved in the halls of congress somewhere. . .

  3. Unfortunately, I doubt that the people who vote for Pelosi would ever NOT vote for her, unless she came out opposed to abortion.
The only real advantage that catching her lying does is help Republican candidates running in 2010. It might take a little of the sparkle off of the Media's love affair with Obama, but probably not.

  5. I know California has a problem there (well, maybe it's a problem that belongs to all of us)... I just don't understand why the tax payers don't want to or won't do something about the things that go on. The things that happen make the politician look like a real joke and still they have these supporters... way over my head!!! The voters are the ones that need to let them know that they will not put up with the lies, deception, and underhandedness any longer ~ They voted them in ~ they need to get them out!!!

  7. It's amusing me to no end watching this issue, which was intended to embarrass Republicans turn into kryptonite for the Democrats. I doubt now there is much enthusiasm for the "Truth Commission" except amongst Republicans. However, what does confuse me, is how any reasonable person, especially the average citizen, can believe that most members of Congress, especially those serving on the Intelligence Committees aren't very well briefed and no exactly what is going on. I've noticed in the media, there are still those who are apologists for Pelosi, and are still trying to place the blame for this to-do squarely on Bush and Cheney.

  9. I love the cartoons you find. Too funny! Pelosi has been lying through her teeth since the day she became a politician. I'm glad she got caught red-handed this time, although, sadly enough, it probably won't be enough to get her voted out of office.
