I am choosing to sail away, just because I can, and because I can, I will. It has been nice, in fact I would say it has been wonderful, but sometimes. . .sometimes it is just good to relax, close the eyes, and let your imagination loose!!! WHAT!!?? Did you think I was leaving just because of some election!!?? I have been wanting to put these two together for a while, because I love the painting, and I love the music, and they do seem to blend in with one another. . .perhaps, just perhaps I might meet some of you, as imaginations cross, minds meet, and paths join. . .

ReplyDeleteYou know Mom gets upset when you take off without telling anyone. But, I agree, the use of the painting with the song is masterful. It reminds me of the airships in Neil Gaiman's Stardust (the book, not the horrible movie they made.)

ReplyDeleteI am with you. Love that song. I just got back from a quick sail through the air. 4 flights in 3 days. Now I am ready to just sit for a couple and then another jaunt is in order soon.

I am one with the music.............. oohhhh I just got chills. Hey, I'd better open my eyes just to make sure I"m on course...... whew! I am. I"m closing my eyes again. I'm picturing a ballet dancer in a perfect dance with her scarf flying out behind her....................
